I was searching for a rifle scope for my Tikka M595 when I called the guys at Sport Optics. I have had experience with high end European optics before, but for this rifle I was working with a tighter budget. When it was suggested that I try a Meopta rifle scope I had reservations about doing so. After doing some research and finding excellent reviews I decided to buy a Meopta Meostar 4-16×44 with a Mil Dot reticle and target turrets. I can honestly say I was very surprised when I got the scope in and mounted it to my rifle. I the clarity, color, contrast, resolution, and light transmission is comparable to some of the scopes that I paid twice the price for. I have been hunting and shooting for many years and I have to say this is the best bang for the buck rifle scope that I have found.
While the quality of glass is very good I hope to see a couple of reticle changes, maybe something with lines vs the old school mildot. I would also like to see exposed turrets and maybe a side parallex. These things are not deal breakers for me, but might be for someone else. I definitely will be buying more of these scopes in the future.
I own an old meopta 3X scope attached to a zbrojovka brno 22 hornet.
Need instructive for riflescope for alignment
Can you tell me how to get instruction manual?
The best thing to do would be to contact Meopta USA if you are located in the US.
